I decided to book with the Ertugrul Ghazi Tour company as there were no group tours available with any company and this tour company was prepared to offer me a private tour at a very reasonable price in comparison to the extortionate amounts that were quoted by others. During the tour, our driver was very relaxed and accommodating. When I pointed out that we had not visited an important site in the itinerary, he immediately drove back so that we could visit. As this was a private tour, we were able to spend as much time as we wanted at the key cultural sites and we were not rushed around. The tour operator, Mr. Demir, also kept in touch during the tour to ask whether everything was fine. Another added bonus was that we managed to ride the ferry for part of the return journey! If there's anything to improve services, I would suggest that the company offer breakfast and lunch just as this is offered on group tours. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to anybody wishing to do the Ertugrul tour.

Murat is an amazing communicator. We don't know how he does it. He helped us through the planning process and while we were in Turkey we communicated with him via Whatsapp on a number of occasions. Day or night he responds almost immediately and helps you with any little question or issue. We felt like we had a family member in Turkey looking after us. Everything is well manage and trusted by Mr Murat for me and my friends for 11 days, start from we arrived to the Istanbul airport until our last day went very smoothly and according to plan. We just unlucky the hot air balloon was temporarily close due to weather, but we still enjoyed in Cappadocia and we got refund for that.

Thanks to Murat for planning an excellent tour! For my first time doing a solo trip, I didn't have to worry about anything and had people on the ground in touch with me from city to city. He arranged all the hotels, meals, tours, hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia, domestic & international airport transfers seamlessly. Everything was of high caliber.Murat also checked in with me throughout to make sure that I was safe and moving along from spot to spot. He is a very kind and honest person who will make sure that you have a memorable trip!
